Photography packages
to suit you
No two businesses or personal brands are the same and everyone will need a different approach to tell their unique story.
These packages have been crafted to cover the various promotional photography needs for small businesses. We’ll talk before booking to tailor a package that ensures you’re getting exactly what you’re after.
The Brand Immersion
A rich brand content session designed to create a versitile library of images across the different aspects of your business.
- 4 hours shoot (includes location changes)
- Pre consultation and planning meeting in person or video call & email communication
- All the needed images from our day carefully edited and delivered
- Photos delivered via a password protected online gallery in print and web resolution
- Suitable for capturing different locations and aspects of your business. Examples: portraits, behind the scenes, products, creative ideas.
OR creating intentional storytelling images through mood, selected imagery or style.
Half day (4hrs) $750
- Extra hours or a full day shoot quoted seperately
Essentials session
Perfect for capturing the core elements of your business for website creation or social media promotion.
- Up to 2.5 hours shoot (includes location changes)
- Pre consultation and planning via phone/video call & emails
- All the needed images from our day carefully edited and delivered
- Suitable for capturing a couple of different aspects of your business e.g portraits, and your business in action - Website creation, solid promotional images, social media
- Photos delivered via a password protected online gallery in print and web resolution
2 ½ hours $550
The portrait session
A portrait focused session in nature, indoors or both, centered around you - putting your face to your offerings.
- Up to 1.5 hours shoot (includes location changes)
- Pre consultation and planning via phone/video call & emails
- 50 of the best images from our day carefully edited and delivered
- Suitable for capturing portrait/people based photos for website or social media
- Photos delivered via a password protected online gallery in print and web resolution
1 ½ hours $440
Refresh - mini
A short and sweet visit to your business to capture photos of your business in action - in documentary style
- 30 minutes shoot - local to Golden Bay only, unless I’m already in your area
- 10 images carefully edited and delivered
- Photos delivered via a password protected online gallery in print and web resolution
- A business/studio "pop-in", for those who need some professional images for their business as-it-is. Great as a starting point to get some promotion going, or a photo refresh for the budget or time conscious. Also suitable for natural-lit headshots for 1-3 staff.
30 minutes - $250
Building presence - monthly
Regular monthly content creation to grow your business by keeping your presence fresh and sustained
- One 45 minutes shoot monthly for a 4 or 6 month period
- 20 images each time, carefully edited and delivered
- Photos delivered via a password protected online gallery in print and web resolution
- Great for consistent content creation and expanding on content over time - adding in new products, a new online course, or new ideas as your business grows. Also good for building a relationship together to create on brand content rather than the pressure of trying to get it all right in one shoot.
- We can change the length of the shoot to what best suits your needs
45 minutes x every month for 4/6 months - $280
- Event Photography starts at $350

These rates are purely indicative not definitave and each project will be quoted accordingly based on your specific needs.
Projects with bigger scope and more direction will be quoted seperately based on the unique requirements of that project. Extra work in the execution of these projects will be added to the quote accordingly.
A travel fee can be discussed and added accordingly for sessions outside of Golden Bay

Making it easy
The Process
Step 1: The right fit
This is it! If you’re reading this information, you are hopefully getting more of a feel for how a session with me will look and feel. If you’re still unsure if I’m the right photographer for your story, or you have more questions, lets chat on the phone or via email, I’m super friendly!
Step 2: Details and budget - Lock in a date
Lets find out your needs and what kind of budget you’re working with and what we can achieve.
Once we’ve found a date that works for both of us, I will send you through two things - A deposit invoice for $150, and a photography contract which keeps everything super clear! Returning both will allow me to hold your date in my calendar.
Step 3: Questionnaire or Call
The communication will vary depending on the length and depth of our session and what is needed. We may go deeper on a call, or I’ll send a questionnaire, or both, and we’ll continue to plan our session over email including ideas, locations, style, timing, important shots. (Excluding 30 min update shoot, designed as a drop in shoot)
Step 5:
Shoot day!
Step 6: Your gallery is ready!
You’ll receive an edited online gallery of images within 2 weeks with all of the information you need.
Frequently asked questions

The number of photos delivered will depend on the goal of our shoot and
the content photographed in a day. Moving between locations, the depth of creative ideas, people, direction, clothing changes etc will all play into this.
If the shoot is more relaxed and natural with a loose shot list and the aim is to create a gallery of social media content, we’ll create many more images than a shoot that’s more planned out, has more creative set-up/style or specific images to make to tell a story. -
Once I get a clearer idea of your needs I’ll be able to suggest a package or amount of time that will be needed to cover your ideas.
Using natural light and minimal gear means I can be efficient when I photograph. However trying to rush through a shotlist ends up as a headache in editing, so we’ll move at a pace that feels do-able. -
Yes, if you have a look you want to achieve or want to create one together, we can work on that in my half or full day package. I can send you options as I start to edit to find the best editing style that feels like you.
If you are set on a look, the process begins with the locations, colours, lighting etc that we choose that will all play their part in the final outcome and cohesion of the images.Most commonly my clients will leave this to me and I’ll edit intuitively to how the photos are suited for the business or brand.

Yes. A deposit of $150 is due upon booking to secure the date with the final amount due 2 weeks after our session date. Contact me to arrange paying it in installments :)
